Crowne Plaza Shuttle Pick-Up Location at Chicago O'Hare Airport:
The Crowne Plaza O'Hare provides a 24 hour complimentary airport shuttle to and from O'Hare International Airport 24 hours a day. Crowne Plaza's pickup location for domestic travelers in O'Hare is at Door 2 of the Shuttle Bus Center.

Parking: Discounted price of $8 per day/per car

Attire: Business Casual

Meals: Lunch will be provided in Exhibit Hall on both Thursday and Friday. Reception with cocktails and appetizers will be held on Thursday evening.

Speaker Presentations (Powerpoint, AV Needs, etc): If you are a sponsor speaker and you are using a powerpoint presentation, please email a copy of it to Christy_mehus@ltamarketing.com by September 15, 2010. Also, include in the email what your Audio Visual needs will be. We will have a laptop, internet access, writeboard, projection screen available for your use. Speaker Presentations will be held in O'Hare 5.

Roundtables: The roundtables sessions are set up to allow each of the participants time to sit in a small group setting with our platinum, gold and silver carrier partners to discuss markets, products, special niches and the attendees needs. Each attendee group will meet with the carrier in 15 minute segments and then will rotate to the next table. Roundtables will be held both Thursday and Friday. Roundtables will be held in O'Hare 4.
